Here at Cradle, we believe in a principle of radical transparency. We commit to giving you honest, complete and open information on three key areas - pricing, customer satisfaction, and changes to our costs.
Pricing
 
We will always ensure that our pricing is easy to understand and contains no nasty surprises! We don't believe in having premium aspects of our product for which there are hidden extra charges, so we have a simple structure with two choices of service level. Pricing (link here) within each level depends on the number of children you want to place on the Cradle system. 
Community feedback 

We're always keen to learn from our community, and we'll regularly share the feedback we get with you, whether it's good or something we can improve on. In those instances, we'll also tell you how we're making things better, and keep you regularly updated on progress and news. Of course you can always check in to our community forum to see what people are saying too!
Our costs 

Our main costs are staff wages, software development, ISO registration/compliance and data storage. We need our staff in order to provide a high level of service, and we will continually develop Cradle in response to community feedback, but if our data storage costs reduce, we will pass this saving on to our community immediately. In the unlikely event of these costs rising, we will be absolutely transparent about any potential pricing change.
